The Noble mortgage team is superb!. Taking on two transactions with this team and they went above and beyond each time ensuring timely closure and lower interest rates than competitors. On the second purchase, Igor got in contact with the seller's agent and got our offer accepted- true dedication to the client. As our loan processor, Lorraina was truly amazing with superior customer service talent. She always answered phone calls and no matter what questioned we had she always answered and guided us through the process. Will definitely recommend this team to all our friends and family!!!

Soy uno de los tantos, cuyos hijos tomaron prestado (students loans)para sus estudios,lo cual me impedía ser aprobado para un préstamo que fuera suficiente para poder comprar una propiedad en la Florida ( mi hogar). Valerie H y su compañía hicieron todo posible , cuando yo me estaba rindiendo,muchas otras compañías de préstamo y agentes habían fracasado en ayudarme .. Igor and his team work with the upmost professionalism. They are very well-organized on every level & never cease from putting their client’s needs first. This isn’t the first time we’ve work with Igor’s team, they helped my fiancé and I purchase our very first home. I can honestly recommend them to anyone I know and easily choose them every time. The home buying process is without a doubt one of the most daunting tasks that we’ll ever have to make in life. I was very fortunate to work with this mortgage team; especially with their agent Valerie H. She was extremely knowledgeable about questions regarding finding a lender and making sure we got the best possible rate. If there was a question we had and she wasn’t 100% sure of the answer she would double check with her team. Other members of the team also stepped up to help if it was a day when Valerie wasn’t scheduled to work. They turned what should have been one of the most stressful parts of buying a home into the easiest part. Seriously, signing the final documents was more stressful than getting my mortgage with the Noble Mortgage team. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service and assistance. Highly recommend them!

Igor and Valerie worked with us for four months. Specialty loans are HARD! They managed to guide us and made us feel like a team was behind us. Valerie is a MASTER at predicting what the bank will ask for and would get us ready for different scenarios. We would prepare paperwork and sure enough, bank would request. Buying a property can be very stressful deadlines, paper work, but I have to say that Igor and his team made the process fun and quite frankly easy. Igor was advised to us by a friend who, with his professional help, bought a house. We immediately liked Igor for his communication: attentive, patient, polite, responsible. Explains clearly. All team work is done quickly and smoothly. In general, we had no problems, except that it was not always possible to get through right away, but this is due to the fact that we were not the only clients, and someone from his team picked up the phone, and Igor himself always tried to call back. I recommend! After deal, to our great surprise, we received a gift from Igor's team and 2 months later another one. Thank you very much for your work and good attitude towards clients!
